1. Scope

These terms and conditions govern use of the i-poll.ch platform, operated by CloudMonki GmbH. By using the website or registering as an i-poller, you accept these terms.

2. Operator services

i-poll.ch enables participation in public polls. We endeavour to operate the platform reliably, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of user-generated content and analyses.

3. Registration and account

Some functions require registration with an email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and your email inbox secure. There is no entitlement to registration or membership; we may block access for an objective reason.

4. Conduct rules and prohibition of manipulation

Bots, scripts and other automated voting, multiple registrations intended to influence results, and unlawful, abusive or discriminatory content are prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension and exclusion of the affected participations.

5. Rights in poll results

By participating, you permit i-poll.ch to analyse and publish responses in anonymised or aggregated form. The graphical presentation and aggregated data remain with i-poll.ch.

6. Liability

We are not liable for the substantive accuracy of poll results or their interpretation by third parties. To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence, indirect loss and data loss is excluded. We do not accept responsibility for the content or availability of external websites.

7. Privacy

The separate privacy policy governs the processing of personal data.

8. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The version published on this page applies. To the extent permitted by law, continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered seat of CloudMonki GmbH.
